hi cuties!

Ingredients you need:

200 gr unsalted butter – 1 cup
200 gr brown sugar – 1 cup
70 gr granulated sugar – 1/3 cup
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour – 220 gr
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract or any type of vanilla
200 gr semisweet and milk chocolate chips&chunks (you can change as per your preference)

How to make them:

NOTES:

you will get definitely a lot better form and taste of cookies if you chill the dough in the fridge, leave them at least for 20-30 minutes. – 4 hours is perfect too!

definitely keep an eye on your oven, every oven cooks differently. I recommend checking them after 7-8 minutes, once the outers are crispy and inside is still smooth take them out. Do not touch them first 5-10 minutes to get in form.

if you want great shape of cookies, choose a large mug depending on the size of your cookies, place it on each cookie and use swirling motion to mold the edges.

  • 200 gr brown sugar - 1 cup
  • 70 gr granulated sugar - 1/3 cup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour - 220 gr
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract or any type of vanilla
  • 200 gr semisweet and milk chocolate chips&chunks (you can change as per your preference)

Instructions

    1. In a small saucepan, melt your butter and keep whisking until it turns brown - keep an eye on it to get it unburnt and let it chill before mixing with other ingredients,
    2. In a large bowl, mix your eggs first then add brown and granulated sugar and mix together,
    3. Add your brown butter into your sugar and eggs mix,
    4. In a seperate large bowl or with an help of a sifter, sift all of your dry ingredients and add into the butter, mix it all together until all well corporated,

    5. Add chocolate chips and chunks and let it cool in the fridge for 30 mins,
    6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Leave distance between the balls as you don’t want them to stick each other,
    6. Bake at 170C for around 10-12 mins - if your oven cooks fast then take them out once the outers look slightly crispy and very smooth inside- they look smooth once you take them out but don’t worry they will get into cookie form once they are fully cooled.
