Gigi Hadid’s Viral Pasta-without vodka

I tried famous Gigi Hadid’s pasta and it turned out just great! This recipe is without vodka – it is super creamy and tasty!

This pasta is super delicious, super rich in tomato and cream taste. I was really impressed when i first tried it.

The moment i saw Gigi Hadid’s stories of making this pasta, i wanted to try it. Of course, i posted this recipe maybe years later this page didn’t exist back then. 😀

The original pasta is called Penne alla vodka and the difference between both recipes is i made it without vodka.

I got so many comments on this recipe as some people were mad to call it ‘Gigi Hadid’s pasta’, what can i say, she introduced this beautiful recipe to so many people who did not know! So, let’s appreciate and thank her! ❤️

The ingredients you need:

Half package pasta (250g)

Red onion, you can use white onion if you only have it
Garlic
Tomato paste
Heavy cream (200ml)
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Salt, black pepper & red chili pepper

How to make it:

  1. Cook halfway the pasta in boiling water, spare a cup of boiling water to use in the sauce later.
  2. In a large pan, add olive oil and onion cubes cook until they are translucent, i used red onion as i like the taste more however you can use white onion if you’d like to.
  3. Add garlic and tomato paste and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
  4. Pour the heavy cream, add the butter, pasta water, spices consecutively and lastly add the pasta and shredded parmesan cheese.
  5. Keep stirring and continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes.Now you can serve and enjoy it. 🙂

Creamy & Tomato Pasta (Gigi Hadid's viral pasta)

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream (200ml)
  • 1/4 cups of pasta water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Salt, black pepper & red chili pepper

Instructions
