Shrimp Rolls 🤤

This shrimp roll is super juicy inside and crunchy outside, it is so tasty! Plus it is very easy to make. If you don’t have time to cook but you want to have something super delicious, try this shrimp roll recipe. I loved it! 😍

This reminded of the time when i was in San Diego and all i eated there was seafood and Mexican food. Now, i miss it so bad. Anyway…

As i said it is really easy to make. So what you need is listed below.

Ingredients you need:

Hot dog rolls
Jumbo size shrimps
Butter
Celery stalks
Mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon’s juice
Chives
Clove of garlic
Paprika
Salt

How to make it:

  1. Wash the shrimps, remove the tails, peel and chop them in medium sizes. – you don’t have to chop them if you don’t want to. You can leave them as they are.
  2. In a medium pan, add the butter and shrimp, cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes. – until shrimps are cooked
  3. In the meantime, cut the head of a clove of garlic, coat it with olive oil and salt. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200C.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix half of a lemon’s juice and mayonnaise.
  5. Combine the cooked shrimp with the mayonnaise sauce.
  6. Take the garlic out of the oven, once it’s cooled squeeze it and mince with a help of a knife. Add it into the mixture and mix well.
  7. In a large pan, add butter and fry both sides of hot dog buns. Cut the top of the roll if it’s uncut.
  8. Fill the buns with shrimp mixture and pour the leftover sauce from the mixture on top.
  9. Sprinkle chives on top and enjoy! ☺️

  • 8-10 jumbo size shrimps, peeled, tails removed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of finely diced celery stalks
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon's juice
  • 1 tablespoon of finely diced chives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • Salt
