How to make Super Fudgy Brownies

Brownies are absolute equivalence to chocolate heaven. Aren’t they?

This is the best fudgy brownie recipe! They are super fudgy, ultimate gooey, crisp crackly top and rich Chocolate Brownies. You will love them!

You can make the consistency as per your liking by leaving them in the oven for longer or shorter time.

Mine were left for 30 minutes which led them to be super super fudgy. You can leave them longer for better shape or if you want them more firm.

Ingredients you need for brownies:

125g Dark Chocolate
125g Unsalted Butter
3 eggs
150g sugar (3/4 cup)
100g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
125g all-purpose flour (1 cup)
30g cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

How to make them:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). Line a 20x20cm (8 inch) square baking pan with a parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter with dark chocolate in a microwave or in a double boiler and wait until it cools.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugars until it is creamy.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate in egg and sugar mixture and combine.
  5. Whisk and add flour, cocoa powder, salt into the mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a help of spatula.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes if you want super fudgy brownies, if you want less fudgy brownies, bake for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Let it completely cool before serving. Enjoy! 🙂
