Ingredients you need for the dough:
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 60ml lukewarm milk
- 100ml lukewarm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 330g all-purpose flour

- 100g chocolate bar/chips
- 60ml milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter

How to make Chocolate Donuts
These fluffy and soft donuts are super tasty with the chocolate sauce. It's also easy to make at home.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 60ml lukewarm milk
- 100ml lukewarm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 330g all-purpose flour
- 100g chocolate bar/chips
- 60ml milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix dry yeast, milk, water and sugar. Cover it with a towel and let it sit for 5 minutes for yeast to get activated.
- Slowly add vegetable oil, salt and all-purpose flour. Add more flour if the dough is sticky.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for 20-25 minutes.
- In a well floured flat surface, turn the dough out and roll the dough once it's 5 cm thick.
- Cut the dough with a donut cutter or with an help of a metal lit of a glass size jar.
- Let them raise for another 10 minutes.
- Fry both sides for 10-15 seconds on high heat.
- Melt the chocolate with milk and butter. Mix it very well and let it cool before using.
- Dip each donut in cooled chocolate sauce and you can serve it anytime. Enjoy!
